Position Summary

We’re inviting applications for After-Hours Coordinators to join our Leadership Team at St Stephen's Hospital in permanent, part-time positions.

 

Remuneration Value: $55.49 - $62.38 p/h (FTE $109, 648 - $123, 262) + Super + $15,900 NFP Salary Packaging Value + Shift Penalties/Allowances + Free Staff Parking

Your Role:

 

The After Hours Nurse Manager will provide managerial support to all departments within the hospital after hours. You will lead the hospital staff in achieving service excellence and act as a resource person for quality assurance and improvement. You will assess staffing levels of individual areas and where necessary, relocate staff to meet clinical and organisational needs.

 

As an experienced Registered or Clinical Nurse you will present with:

  • Recent experience as an After-Hours Nurse Manager (desirable)
  • Current and unconditional AHPRA registration
  • Excellent relationship management and customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
