What makes a difference for us?
You will ensure exceptional delivery of patient-centred care and organisation objectives, through high quality clinical service outcomes, effective management strategies, direction and collaboration. You'll foster a values-driven, safe and collaborative environment with responsibilities including:
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in Anaesthetic Nursing
- Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent with current AHPRA registration
- Post-registration qualifications relevant to the area of nursing practice is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster
