Your part in Buderim Private Hospital
As part of 4B Surgical, you will accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.
What makes a difference for us?
You’ll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills. You’ll demonstrate:
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience in an acute care/hospital setting
- Previous surgical experience (desirable only)
- Bachelor of nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration
- Commitment to patient safety and quality improvements
- Desire for ongoing professional development
- Availability to work across a fortnightly rotating roster
