We’re seeking a Clinical Nurse to join our Emergency Centre in a new permanent full time opportunity
Remuneration Value: $47.53 - $50.92 p/h (FTE $93, 919 - $100,618) + Super + NFP Salary Packaging + Shift Penalties + Allowances + Free Onsite Parking

Led by a team of emergency medicine specialists, our Emergency Centre is staffed by experienced doctors, nurses and support personnel, all backed by state-of-the-art equipment. This includes life-saving critical care resuscitation areas, bedside ultrasound and echocardiography, a fast-track room, and specialised eye equipment. There is also onsite expert radiology and pathology services. Our emergency service is also supported by our specialist facilities, including our theatres, cardiac catheter laboratories and our intensive care unit.
The Role:
As a Clinical Nurse in Emergency, you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support, you will lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy. You’ll demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Emergency
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise your team’s workload
- Commitment to clinical quality & improvements as well as team development
Whilst not essential, post-graduate study – either completed or in progress - is highly desirable
