On Offer:
We are currently seeking an experienced Level 2 Clinical Nurse to join our Theatre/Perioperative Team at St Stephens Hospital.
As a Clinical Nurse you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Based on your experience, you will assisting with providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team, through effective decision making and support.
This opportunity is flexibly being offered in either a Permanent Full Time or Part Time capacity.
We offer a base rate of of $44.14 - $47.29 p/hour + Super + Allowance ($87,220 - $93,445 + Super + Allowances). We also offer not-for-profit salary packaging that offers a substantial tax-free benefit on a range of everyday expenses.
With temporary accommodation also available, we're also happy to assist with relocation!
About You:
You will demonstrate UnitingCare’s values, with a commitment to delivery person-centred care. You will have:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within Theatre
- Well-developed communication skills
- Previous experience coordinating care provision with large team
- Sound leadership skills to effectively supervise a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and remain patient-focused under pressure
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Ideally, you will have a background in Endoscopy and General Surgery.
