Classification: Registered Nurse, Level 2

Remuneration Value: $44.14-$47.29 p/h (FTE $87, 220 - $93, 445), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging benefit + cumulative study leave.

Buderim Private Hospital are inviting internal applications for a Level 2 Clinical Nurse to join their Infection Control team in the role of Patient Safety Officer.

You’ll be an experienced practitioner, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within an acute environment and a commitment to ongoing quality improvement initiatives. You’ll display a keen interest in infection control principles and practices and play an active role in supporting and relieving the Clinical Nurse Consultant for Infection Control.

You’ll be an advocate for clinical compliance and quality, leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service. You’ll present with:

• Complex problem-solving and assessment skills
• Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
• Ability to consult and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
