On Offer:
We are currently inviting internal applications for a Clinical Facilitator to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team.
As a Clinical Facilitator, you will promote, maintain and nurture effective learning experiences for nursing students, providing guidance and support through their clinical placements at St Andrews.
You will demonstrate extensive clinical knowledge, experience and role model behaviour in facilitating learning outcomes, supervising clinical practice and supporting students in their learning journey. You will work effectively with the Nurse Unit Manager ensuring that learning objectives are being achieved, and that relationships with external learning institutes are fostered and maintained.
This opportunity is being offered as a Permanent Part Time role, working a minimum of 24 hours per week.
We offer a base rate of of $44.14 - $47.29 p/hour + Super + Allowance ($87,220 - $93,445 + Super + Allowances). We also offer not-for-profit salary packaging that offers a substantial tax-free benefit on a range of everyday expenses.
About You:
You will be an experienced practitioner with a minimum 5 years in a Cardiac Cath Lab. You will demonstrate a passion for learning and delivering education in your field of expertise. You have a commitment to empowering your students to deliver person-centred care through living our values. You will present with:
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills
- Sound leadership skills to effectively supervise students
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and remain patient-focused under pressure
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- TAE Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or working towards
