Classification: Clerical and Administration – Level 2

Remuneration Value: 2.1-2.4. $26.69-$28.04 (FTE $52, 739 - $55, 407), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging

People caring for people:

 

Working within a busy clinic that sees over 100 patients per day, you will provide exceptional levels of patient care and demonstrate a high level of customer service.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making appointments with clients in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Give patients correct information regarding costs plus discussing what timeframe is needed to attend their appointment
  • Ensuring that there is an accurate entry of patient details at the time of booking
  • Giving patients correct information regarding costs as well as discussing the timeframes needed for attending the appointment

 

You will present with:

  • Ability to work within a high paced environment with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience dealing with high volumes of calls and appointment booking
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team
  • Outstanding time management skills with flexibility and enthusiasm

 

Any previous experience within a private hospital information system or practice software such as Karisma, would be highly regarded but not essential.
