Remuneration value: Level 2 position, $44.14-$47.29 p/h (FTE $87, 220 - $93, 445), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging benefit + cumulative study leave.
The Wesley are inviting applications from Clinical Nurses experienced in Sterilisation to join their CSSD Team in a Permanent Full Time capacity.

People caring for people:
You’ll support the day to day operations of CSSD by providing supervision and clinical leadership to the CSSD team alongside the Clinical Nurse Manager. This includes working in conjunction with Operating Theatre teams as well as other departments and clients to ensure the timely provision of reprocessed medical devices. Further, you’ll ensure compliance with AS/NZS 4187:2014 and infection control guidelines, as well as education, guidance and direction to the CSSD team
You’ll be an experienced perioperative registered nurse, with a minimum of 5 years theatre experience and an exceptional level of knowledge in sterilisation. You’ll be an advocate for the department in leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service. You’ll be collaborative in your approach, with a sound ability to coach and mentor team members. You’ll present with:
