Position Summary

We’re seeking Scrub/Scout Registered Nurses across a range of procedural areas at The Wesley Hospital in permanent full-time and part-time positions.

Remuneration Value: $37.59- $48.32 p/h (FTE $74,281 - $95,475) + Super + $15,900 NFP Salary Packaging Value + Shift Penalties/Allowances + Discounted Onsite Parking

The Wesley has 19 operating theatres and is the largest private hospital operating complex in Queensland, undertaking up to 750 operations per week. We’re also recognised as a centre of excellence for minimally invasive and robotic surgery.

 

The Role:

 

Joining our Theatre team as a Registered Scrub/Scout Nurse, you will accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.

 

You’ll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills. 

 

You will Need:

  • Minimum 12 months post graduate experience in a Perioperative environment
  • Experience in Scrub/Scout 
  • Bachelor of nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration

We're offering 6, 8 and 12-hour shift agreements. International applicants with suitable experience and qualifications seeking sponsorship opportunities, are also encouraged to apply.
