We are currently inviting applications for our 2018 Mid-Year Graduate Registered program for St Andrews War Memorial Hospital.

Our Graduate Program:
As a values-based organisation we are committed to providing new graduates with a professional, caring and structured program to support their learning and development. Our highly-skilled Educators offer a genuine, supportive experience for our graduates and work closely with you to ensure you are continually learning and expanding your skills.
For our Mid-Year program, Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses are invited to apply for our General Stream or Perioperative Stream.
As a high-acuity, specialist facility, your program is non-rotational – allowing you to focus on developing your clinical expertise for the life of your program. Your program will include:
- Full orientation and preceptored supernumerary program;
- Training, support and mentoring from our dedicated team of clinical educators;
- Graduate support meetings and supportive ward cultures.
- Extensive educational opportunities, including structured graduate study days, graduate specific education sessions, formal courses, workshops and career planning;
These roles will be offered Part-Time, working a 64 hour fortnight (32 hours p/week) for a 12 month fixed term period. We offer $33.72 p/hour + Super + Allowances. Essential: Are you an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or New Zealand passport holder? Essential: Will you hold registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency by 30 July 2018 Essential: Have you completed your studies within the last 12 Months, or will you complete them by June 2018 Essential: This role will require availability to work 64 hrs per fortnight.
