Our new purpose built, full equipped rehabilitation unit offers personalised treatment programs for both acute and chronic conditions. We provide rehabilitation for Orthopaedics, Reconditioning, Neurological, Cardiac, Cancer, Musculoskeletal and Falls Prevention/Management, supported through an experienced, multi-disciplinary nursing and allied health team.
Your Role:
We are currently seeking experienced Night Duty Registered Nurses with a passion for patient centred care to join our Rehabilitation Unit at St Stephens Hospital
You will accountable for the provision of safe, holistic, after hours nursing care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating effectively to deliver exceptional person-centred care.
Your Background:
You’ll demonstrate a commitment to person-centred care through exceptional communication, customer service skills and an ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. You’ll present with:
- Minimum 12 months hospital ward based experience
- 12 month acute rehabilitation experience
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Flexibility to work rotating roster

As a Registered Nurse, we offer $35.32 - $43.34 p/hour + Super + Shift Loading commensurate with your experience. As a not-for-profit hospital, we also offer access to competitive salary-packaging options. Free on-site parking is also available.
