Remuneration Value: $35.42- $45.53 p/h (FTE $69, 989 - $89, 967), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5 % annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging benefit + cumulative study leave. 

 

Buderim Private Hospital is currently calling for internal applications for permanent part time opportunities within Surgical Medical 4B.

About the Role:

You will provide safe, holistic nursing care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You will work collaboratively alongside a multi-disciplinary team, supporting one another to deliver patient-focused care.

 

You’ll demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and an ability to manage conflicting priorities. You’ll present with:

  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Recent experience in the surgical setting
  • Sound clinical problems solving skills with ability to work independently
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Ability to work across 24/7 roster

These are Permanent Part-Time Positions required to work a base roster of 16 hours per week.
