Internal Expression of Interest - Clinical Nurse, ENT, Maxillofacial, Plastics, Gynaecology, Endocrine and Breast
We’re inviting internal applications for a Clinical Nurse to our join 6E Surgical Ward at The Wesley Hospital
Remuneration Value: $47.53 - $50.92 p/h (FTE $93, 919 - $100,618) + Super + NFP Salary Packaging + Shift Penalties + Allowances
As part of 6E, you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns.
Providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support, you will lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy. You’ll demonstrate:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an acute Surgical setting, including ENT, Maxillofacial, Plastics, Gynaecology, Endocrine and Breast
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration
- Commitment to patient safety and quality of care
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvements
