We are currently inviting applications for a Full-Time Supply Manager to join our team at Buderim Private Hospital!

About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Support Services, the Supply Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient management of Buderim Private Hospital’s Supply Department.
This will require the successful applicant to have a strong understanding of the hospitals service levels to ensure appropriate stock levels of all products whilst balancing the financial stewardship of the hospital. The Supply Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with Supply Chain Procedures and ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to all stakeholders.
The successful candidate will ideally present with:
- Demonstrated knowledge of purchasing and inventory control in the Health Care Industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership and Management skills and experience
- A positive and flexible attitude to adapt to changing situations
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and proactively manage the department and its services while also identifying potential new initiatives
