Remuneration Value: 3.1-3.2 $29.63-$30.44 (FTE $58, 548 - $60, 149), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging
We are currently inviting applications for the role of Team Leader, supervising the day to day operations and administration of our Sessional Suites.

People caring for people
As the main point of contact for doctors visiting St Stephens and utilising our sessional suites, you will:
- Supervise and co-ordinate the day to day activities of the Consulting Suites to meet the needs of attending Specialists.
- Provide medical administrative support to attending Specialists.
- Hold accountability for business reporting requirements, such as month end reports, receipting, invoicing, banking and other ad hoc administrative tasks
- Assist with doctor recruitment & education
- Assist with marketing & social media for consulting suites.
As an experienced Medical Administrator, you will demonstrate a passion for quality patient care and customer service through previous leadership of a small team. You’ll work well to conflicting priorities, with an ability to effectively manage a workload for multiple practitioners and present with:
- Advanced interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with the ability to liaise with a wide range of hospital staff.
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills at an intermediate level with excellent numeracy and data entry skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high pressure situations.
- Genie medical software experience.
