About The Role:

We are currently inviting applications for multiple permanent part-time Orderly positions available at the Wesley Hospital.

As an Orderly, your accountabilities will include assisting nursing staff with the safe transfer, repositioning and mobilisation of patients.  You will be handling equipment and mechanical lifting aids demonstrating safe manual handling techniques.

We are seeking experienced, patient-centred professionals who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience as Orderly is desirable
• Flexibility to work varying shifts when required
• Good interpersonal communication skills with passion for person centred care
• Great team work, with an ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Strong commitment to safe working practices, and following strict guidelines.
