We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, passionate and highly capable Registered Nurse to join the team at Pinangba on a secondment or Fixed term arrangement – this is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a community based environment.

The Opportunity

In this role you will be able to expand your clinical knowledge while working alongside some of Australia’s most vulnerable people. On average in Australia Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people can expect to live up to 17 years less than their non-indigenous counterparts, Your work will play an integral part in our mission to support our Community members with living day-to-day while improving their overall health outcomes.

So what will you be doing?

As an experienced RN, your role will provide holistic care to our Elders that will enhance and promote their quality of life. This includes assessment, medication, wound and continence management, catheter care, palliative care and consulting with internal and external services to provide clinical solutions.
