We are currently inviting applications for a Full-Time Executive Assistant role to support the General Manager of St Andrews War Memorial Hospital.

About the Role:

As Executive Assistant your primary purpose is to provide high level business and executive support to the General Manager and other hospital Executives as needed in a professional, efficient and confidential manner.  Your role will include extensive diary and phone management, full management of several hospital committees including agenda’s and minute taking, preparation of reports and presentations and travel and accommodation bookings as required. You will also be involved in a range of other administration tasks such as HR Admin, filing and events coordination.

 

The successful candidate will present with:

  • 5+ years experience providing executive level support ideally within the health industry
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • High level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and can demonstrate  integrity and confidentiality
  • Advanced computer skills including accurate typing skills of 80wpm or above
  • High level of initiative and negotiation skills
  • Strong administration skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and establish work priorities
  • Ability to foster harmonious work relationships and work well as part of a team
