Buderim Private Hospital is currently inviting applications for the Permanent Full Time position of Patient Flow Manager.

The Opportunity:
The Patient Flow Manager and After-Hours Nurse Managers provide management support to all hospital departments. This position will lead a team of After-Hours Nurse Managers in delivering service excellence and providing support for quality, improvement, staff development and risk management. The position is responsible for the movement of patients through the hospital and for ensuring safe and effect patient care.
The successful candidate will ideally present with the following:
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Extensive clinical experience with 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role, or senior role within a patient flow speciality
- Financial acumen and the demonstrated ability to manage resources within budget
- Outstanding leadership skills and ability to manage and support an after-hours team
