Position Summary

We’re seeking a Casual Ward Receptionist to join our team at the Wesley Hospital.

 

Remuneration Value: Casual rate of $31.45 - $33.48 per hour, + 10.5% Super + Shift Penalties/Allowances + Discounted Onsite Staff Parking

The Role:

 

As a Receptionist on our Medical Ward, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administration support.

 

Liaising with a wide range of health professionals, patients and visitors, you will display excellent communication and organisational skills and a commitment to integrity and confidentiality when dealing with personal information.

 

You will need:

  • Previous experience working within a healthcare/hospital environment
  • Sound administration and communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment, with conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and work unsupervised, quickly and efficiently
  • Experience using Cerner and/or other medical administration software
  • Adaptability and flexibility to support across the ward if required
