Location – Education Department, Buderim Private Hospital Classification – Administration Officer Level 4 Remuneration Value: 4.1-4.2. $30.97-$31.76 (FTE $61, 196 - $62, 772), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging

People caring for people:
We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader to complete a six month temporary contract within the Education Team. As an enthusiastic and experienced Administration Officer your passion for this area is evident in your desire to support and coordinate administration tasks related to education within the hospital environment.
You will play an integral role in the leadership of the Education Administration Team, working closely with the Education Manager to support a team of educators and facilitators to achieve the best learning outcomes for staff at BPH. This role will include the following:
- Role model and supervise the provision of high quality and effective administrative duties including preparation of staff identification badges;
- Management of registrations for all hospital education programs and maintenance of hospital education schedules;
- Version control of all education documents and upload of resources to the hospital intranet;
- Maintain accurate staff education records;
- Support staff undertaking mandatory e-Learning requirements, navigating and administrating associated systems.
In applying, you will demonstrate:
- Experience working in a health environment providing leadership and coordination of a team;
- Ability to organise own workloads and those of other staff and problem solve related issues;
- Exceptional interpersonal customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to a diverse range of individuals;
- High level of proficiency with information technology systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint (Intranet), Learning Management Systems;
- Ability to work both autonomously and effectively within a team
