  • Remuneration Value: $36.31- $46.67 p/h (FTE $71, 748 - $92, 219), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5 % annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging benefit + cumulative study leave

 

Buderim Private Hospital is currently inviting applications from Registered Nurses for permanent full-time and part-time positions on their Surgical Unit. 

 

About the Role:

We provide a wide range of surgical services which are performed in a state-of-the-art operating theatre complex, including: Colorectal, Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), Endoscopic Services, General Surgery, Obstetric and Gynaecology, Opthalmology, Oral and Maxillofacial, Orthopaedic, Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery, Urology and Urodynamics, including Robotically Assisted Prostate Cancer Surgery and Vascular. 


We have opportunities available for experienced Registered Nurses to join our Surgical Unit. You will provide safe, holistic nursing care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You will work collaboratively alongside a multi-disciplinary team, supporting one another to deliver patient-focused care.

 

You’ll demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and an ability to manage conflicting priorities. You’ll present with:

  • Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in an acute surgical environment
  • Experience in either urology, orthopaedic or vascular surgery setting – highly desirable
  • Current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration
  • Ability to work across a flexible 24/7 roster
