The Sunshine Coast Private Hospital is seeking expressions of interest from current employees for the following role –

• Nurse Coordinator
• Casual 

The Hospital Coordinator is a pivotal member of the health care team and is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction, clinical and operational management of the Hospital, both during and after business hours.

The successful applicant will meet the essential following criteria:

• Registered Nurse with current registration (AHPRA) and a minimum of five years post graduate clinical experience;
• Bachelor of Nursing with relevant post graduate qualifications;
• Management experience in an acute care setting;
• Consultative leadership style aligned with the organisation’s values and the UCH Values-based Leadership Framework with ability to build rapport and effective relations with key stakeholders using highly developed interpersonal skills, conflict management and negotiation skills;
• Have a demonstrated knowledge and understanding of ISO Quality Management System, NSQHCS standards, continuous improvement, OH&S and risk management;
• A strong commitment to customer service and quality outcomes;
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task;
• Flexibility with working hours;
• Excellent ability to plan and prioritise work in a complex environment.
