Our Opportunity


Buderim Private Hospital are currently accepting applications for the position of Clinical Nurse Manager, leading our Medical Ward

 

This position will be responsible for the overall management of this unit, including staffing and clinical service delivery. The CNM will effectively apply principles of management to achieve departmental, hospital and organisation-wide goals, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through advancing the standard of nursing care delivered to patients

 

This role is a full time opportunity, based at Buderim Private Hospital.

 

A competitive salary of $110k - $120k + Super + Salary Sacrifice commensurate with your experience will apply.

 

About You:


As an advanced Clinical practitioner, you will demonstrate exceptional clinical skills complimented by a commitment to person-centred care.

 

  • Minimum of 5 Years Acute Medical experience
  • Leadership skills in ensuring the delivery of safe nursing care;
  • Exceptional operational management skills
  • The ability to influence and manage change
  • Passion for professional development, both of self and team
  • Advanced level of professionalism; well-developed communication skills;
