The Wesley Hospital is inviting applications from experienced Clinicians to apply for an exciting permanent role within their Emergency Centre!

People caring for people:

This position will be responsible for the overall management of The Wesley Emergency Centre, including staffing and clinical service delivery. The Clinical Nurse Manager will effectively apply principles of management to achieve departmental, hospital and organisation-wide goals, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through advancing the standard of nursing care delivered to patients.

 

As an experienced and motivated leader, you will present with:

  • 5+ years’ experience within an Emergency Department
  • Current and unconditional AHPRA registration
  • The ability to provide leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of safe nursing care
  • Well-developed communication skills with the ability to lead and influence change
  • Exceptional operational management skills
  • An advanced level of professionalism
