Employment Status – Permanent Part Time / Full Time

Location – Oncology, 4B/4C/High Dependency Haematology, The Wesley Hospital

Classification – Registered Nurse – Level 1

Remuneration Value: Level 1 position, $35.32-$43.34 p/h (FTE $69, 792 - $85, 639), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging benefit + cumulative study leave.

 

 

The Wesley are inviting Registered Nurses experienced in Oncology and Haematology to join our Oncology Wards in a permanent part time capacity.

Innovative and advanced cancer care is available through Oncology and Haematology, and Radiation Oncology.

You will provide safe, holistic nursing care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You will work collaboratively alongside a multi-disciplinary team, supporting one another to deliver patient-focused care. You’ll demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and an ability to manage conflicting priorities. You’ll present with:

  • Minimum 2+ years postgraduate Oncology/Haematology experience
  • Sound clinical problems solving skills with ability to work independently
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Ability to work full, flexible rotating roster
  • Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration
