Remuneration Value: 3.1-3.2 $29.63-$30.44 (FTE $58, 548 - $60, 149), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging

The Patient Accounts Department is currently seeking applications from experienced administration professionals to join their friendly team as Patient Accounts Consultant. The role will be responsible for the provision of quality patient service and providing accurate financial accountability.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Knowledge of contractual agreements and documentation regarding Private Health Funds highly regarded
- Previous experience in a Hospital/Medical Patient Accounts Receivable environment
- Thorough understanding of debt management / recovery of debt
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to time manage and work well under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Computer literacy skills at an intermediate level with sound numeracy skills
- Demonstrated experience in the use of medical terminology at an intermediate level
