St Stephens Hospital is inviting applications from Oncology Registered Nurses to join Forbes Cancer Care Centre in a Casual position.


About the Role:

In 2019, Forbes Cancer Care Centre was officially opened at St Stephens Hospital, providing patients with access to the highest level of care in our state-of-the-art oncology facility.


We now have an opportunity for a Casual Registered Nurse to join the team. You will accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.


You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating effectively and demonstrating exceptional communication and customer service skills to deliver exceptional person-centred care. In addition, you’ll present with:

  • Minimum of 12 months’ experience in an acute care/hospital setting
  • Current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high quality patient care and service
  • Ability to work supportively within a team and adapt to change
