The Health Information Unit at The Sunshine Coast Private Hospital are seeking motivated Clinical Coders to join their team in permanent capacity. With our diverse case mix we have approximately 2000 discharges annually.

Ideally the successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• Qualifications and experience in ICD10-AM coding;
• Previous experience with the 3M encoder software;
• High level of knowledge in medical terminology;
• Effective communication skills;
• Outstanding time management skills;
• Flexibility and enthusiasm;
• The ability to work independently or within a team.
