Remuneration Value: $46.37-$49.68 p/h  (FTE $91,627 - $98,167), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging + cumulative study leave

 

The Wesley Hospital is currently inviting internal applications for a permanent part-time Clinical Nurse to join Emergency Centre Team.

About The Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join The Wesley Emergency Centre (WEC) in a permanent, part-time role working 32 hours per week.

 

As a Clinical Nurse in the WEC you will provide exceptional patient care whilst assessing and responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Based on your experience, you will assist in providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support. You will present with:

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in a similar setting
  • Flexibility to work a 24/7 roster
  • Proven ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to RN’s, EN’s and AIN’s
  • Demonstrated ability to recognise and respond to clinical deterioration
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Commitment to quality improvement and willingness to take part in quality improvement projects
