- Remuneration Value: $47.53 - $50.92 p/h (FTE $93, 919 - $100,618), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging benefit + cumulative study leave
We currently have internal opportunities for experienced Registered Nurses with clinical experience in Operating Theatres to join our Education Team as Clinical Facilitators at St Andrews War Memorial Hospital.

About the Role:
As a Clinical Facilitator you will deliver education across our Operating Theatre team. As an enthusiastic and experienced nurse, your passion for these areas is evident in your desire to impart knowledge and skills to your peers.
Providing support to the Clinical Educator one day per week, you will:
- Plan, facilitate and evaluate the progressive learning and development of clinical educational requirements
- Apply and implement evidence-based nursing best practice within the workplace
- Provide ongoing training to staff on safe clinical and work practices within our hospital
About You:
The successful candidate will ideally present with:
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in Operating Theatres
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent and current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Completion of, or willingness to undertake; Preceptor program Certificate IV (workplace training and assessment)
- Ability to work a flexible roster
- Ability to work supportively within a team and adapt to change
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
