Remuneration Value: $24.43 - $26.22 p/hour + 9.5% employee contribution to super + 23% casual loading
The Wesley Hospital is inviting applications from Food Services Attendants to apply for casual opportunities within the Food Services Production Team!

About the Role: As a Food Services team member you will assist in the achievement of maximum quality in food production, presentation and maintenance of a high standard of hygiene. You will ensure all stewarding duties for patient meal tray service are maintained and all meal trolleys are delivered and collected punctually. You will also:
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of PPE requirements and safety procedures;
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of HACCP principles in accordance with the Wesley food safety program;
You’ll demonstrate a passion for customer service, and recognise the importance your role plays in providing an exceptional patient experience at The Wesley. You will have previous hospitality, stewarding or kitchen hand experience and be flexible in your availability to work a range of shifts.
You’ll demonstrate:
- Previous experience working as a kitchen hand or steward
- Ability to work morning and afternoon shifts across Monday to Sunday
- Be fully conversant with all aspects of safe food handling standards
- A professional attitude with excellent personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well unsupervised
