Remuneration Value: Level 2 Position, $44.14-$47.29 p/h (FTE $87, 220 - $93, 445), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging benefit + cumulative study leave.

 

Buderim Private Hospital are inviting applications from experienced PACU Clinical Nurse’s for a role in Theatre – Permanent Part Time Opportunity Available (32 hours per week)

People caring for people:

You will provide exceptional patient care whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Based on your experience, you will assist with providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team, through effective decision making and support.

 

You’ll be an experienced practitioner, with a minimum of 5 years within a Perioperative and PACU environment and a commitment to ongoing quality improvement initiatives. You’ll be an advocate for person-centred care, leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service. You’ll present with:

  • Experience within a Perioperative PACU setting
  • Complex problem-solving and assessment skills
  • Experience coordinating care provision within a large team
  • Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
  • Ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members
  • 24/7 Full Rotating Roster availability
