We’re seeking Patient Services Officers to join our Administration Team at The Wesley Hospital in Permanent, Part-Time positions.
Remuneration Value: $27.77 -$29.18 (FTE $54, 886 - $57, 655) + Super + $15,900 NFP Salary Packaging Value + Shift Penalties/Allowances + Discounted Onsite Parking

Working as a Patient Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing medical administration support in a large, fast paced department. Duties will include patient registration, preadmissions, admissions, billing, patient referral management, switchboard, mail room, liaising with specialist & GP practices and various other reception duties. You will provide a high level of customer service to patients and their families, hospital staff and other health providers.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Ideally previous emergency centre, hospital or medical practice administration experience
- Intermediate computer skills and data entry accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
We’re seeking those with the availability to work 6 shifts per fortnight (7.5-hour shifts), rostered over a 24/7 period.
