Position Summary

This year, Buderim Private Hospital opened the first private Emergency Centre on the Sunshine Coast, an example of its continued commitment to providing exceptional, person-centred care to the community.

 

Your Role:


We are currently inviting applications from RMO's to join Buderim Private's Medical Services team.

 

The role will be responsible for providing routine, after hours general review, emergency and minor procedural services.  The role is also responsible for supporting specialists by providing clinical assessment services to newly admitted patients or changed condition of current patients as required. 

 

We are offering both a permanent part time role, as well as opportunities to join our team casually. 


Your Background:


You will be an experienced Medical Practitioner with a demonstrated passion for delivering person-centred care through living our values and through exceptional communication. In alignment with our values, you have a commitment to ongoing professional development and will present with:

  • General registration as a medical practitioner with AHPRA;
  • Minimum of 3 years post Graduate experience;
  • Recent relevant acute care experience and confidence in managing complex patients;
  • Understanding of National Safety and Quality in Health care standards,
  • Workplace Health and Safety Act and infection control procedures;
