St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital is a 250 bed facility in Spring Hill. Facilities at St Andrew’s include 15 theatres, three cardiology catheter laboratories, endoscopy suites, an intensive care unit and emergency centre. St Andrew’s is a world leader in patient outcomes for many of our specialties. We achieve this by attracting the best staff and medical practitioners and carefully auditing and improving on the outcomes of our treatments.

We currently have an opportunity for experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our Surgical team. The team pride themselves on providing ourstanding care to patients involved in a large variety of surgeries. Responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, the Surgical team work together to provide support to patients and each other each day. The team is friendly and social, and are excited to welcome new professionals to the team.

Ideally, the successful applicant will demonstrate the following criteria:

• Current registration with AHPRA;
•  Previous experience in post operation surgical nursing;
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
•  Ability to work as part of a dynamic team;
• Available to work across various shifts, including early, late and night shifts.
