We are currently inviting internal applications for several experienced Clinical Nurses to join our Surgical Unit in a Fixed Term relief capacity
As a Clinical Nurse you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Based on your experience, you will assisting with providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team, through effective decision making and support.
This opportunity is being offered as a Fixed Term opportunity working a variety of hours.
We offer a base rate of of $44.14 - $47.29 p/hour + Super + Allowance ($87,220 - $93,445 + Super + Allowances). We also offer not-for-profit salary packaging that offers a substantial tax-free benefit on a range of everyday expenses.
About You:
You will be an experienced practitioner with a minimum 5 years in Orthopaedics. You will demonstrate a passion for delivering person-centred care through living our values. You will present with:
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience coordinating care provision with large team
- Sound leadership skills to effectively supervise a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and remain patient-focused under pressure
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
