Remuneration Value: $47.53 - $50.92 p/h (FTE $93, 919 - $100,618), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging benefit + cumulative study leave.
St Andrews War Memorial Hospital is currently inviting applications for a an experienced Clinical Nurse to join their Surgical Unit in a Permanent Part-Time role, working 32 hours per week.
About the Role:
A high acuity facility, our surgical wards offer a fast-paced environment to develop your skills. You will provide exceptional patient care whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Based on your experience, you will assist with providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team, through effective decision making and support.
You’ll be an experienced practitioner, with a minimum of 3 years post graduate experience in a surgical environment. You’ll be an advocate for person-centred care, leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service. You’ll present with:
- Complex problem-solving and assessment skills
- Experience coordinating care provision within a large team
- Ability to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
- Demonstrated ongoing professional development
- Availability to work shifts that may be scheduled across mornings, evenings and nights
