Employment Status: Permanent Full Time / Part Time

Classification: Registered Nurse – Level 1

Remuneration Value: $34.56-$44.42 p/h (FTE $68, 290 - $87, 773), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5 % annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging benefit + cumulative study leave.

 

The Wesley Hospital is inviting applications for experienced Registered Nurses to apply for a position within the Cardiac Care Unit!

The Coronary Care Unit / Acute Cardiac Ward is a 28 bed ward comprising of 10 Coronary Care beds and 18 Cardiac Medical beds.

 

People caring for people:

 

You will accountable for the provision of safe, holistic nursing care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating effectively to deliver exceptional person-centred care.

 

You will demonstrate a commitment to person-centred care through exceptional communication skills, customer service, and ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. You’ll present with:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in an acute care setting
  • Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
  • Ability to work supportively within a team and adapt to change
  • Commitment to own professional development
  • Commitment to the delivery of high quality care and patient
  • Current and full AHPRA registration
