Position Summary |
Employment Status: Fixed Term, 3 months – Part Time, 32 hours per week
Location: The Wesley Hospital
Classification: Registered Nurse – Level 2
Remuneration Value: $46.37-$49.68 p/h (FTE $91, 627 - $98,167), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging benefit + cumulative study leave.
The Wesley Hospital are inviting internal applications for a 3 month part time Clinical Nurse position within their Dialysis and Haematology Unit!
About the role:
As a Clinical Nurse you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns. Based on your experience, you will assist with providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team, through effective decision making and support.
You will be an experienced practitioner with a minimum 2 years in within a dialysis and Haematology setting. You will demonstrate a passion for delivering person-centred care through living our values and present with:
- Well-developed communication and customer service skills
- Current and unconditional AHPRA registration
- Previous experience coordinating care provision with large team
- Sound leadership skills to effectively supervise a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and remain patient-focused under pressure
