We are currently seeking applications for multiple Patient Services Officers to join our Allied Health Day Rehab team.


The role will be responsible for the provision of quality customer service to patients and visitors of our Allied Health service, as well as administrative support for our Allied Health practitioners and Visiting Medical Officer.


We are offering several permanent part time or full time opportunities, depending on availability.


With previous experience working in hospital or medical practice administration, you will demonstrate:

  • Knowledge of private health funds, outpatient Medicare billing
  • Knowledge of Cerner, SAP and Genie Software
  • Understanding and ability to work in a highly confidential environment;
  • Computer literacy skills at an intermediate level with excellent numeracy and data entry skills;

You’ll be a strong communicator, with an ability to work collaboratively with those in your team and the wider hospital. You have great attention to detail that isn’t lost under pressure. Your organisational skills enable you to calmly prioritise your work and meet your deadlines.

Remuneration Value: 2.1-2.4. $26.69-$28.04 (FTE $52, 739 - $55, 407), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging + discounted employee parking
