Remuneration Value:   $46.37-$49.68 p/h (FTE $91, 627 - $98,167), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5% annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging benefit + cumulative study leave.

 

Buderim Private Hospital is currently inviting applications for a Clinical Nurse position in their Surgical Ward.

About The Role:

Buderim Private Hospital is inviting applications to express interest in a Clinical Nurse position in their Surgical Ward. This will be a 12 month fixed-term contract, working a base roster of 32 hours per week.

 

 As a Clinical Nurse you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional patient care
  • Assess and respond appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns
  • Commit to achieving optimal patient outcomes through the use of effective clinical knowledge and professional standards of practice
  • Apply clinical practice that ensures and promotes a safe environment for optimal patient health
  • Apply sound knowledge of principles of clinical and workplace risk management, including incident management

 To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Recent experience within an Acute Surgical setting
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Advanced clinical assessment and application skills, with demonstrated clinical problem solving skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team with effective interpersonal communication
  • Commitment to professional development, such as working towards post grad qual in Rehab.
