St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital is a 250 bed not-for-profit private hospital based in Spring Hill, Brisbane. It has an unrivalled reputation and extensive history of best practice clinical outcomes. This is achieved by attracting the best practitioners, providing them with excellent resources and meticulously auditing our patient outcomes.
Our Allied Health team provide significant support to the patients of St Andrews through services in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Speech Pathology and Psychology.
As a result of growth, we currently seeking to appoint several casual Allied Health Assistants to deliver safe, appropriate, effective and efficient assistance across Rehabilitation and Inpatient Medical and Surgical Services
This is a great opportunity to working with high acuity patients in a multi-disciplinary team.
As an experienced Allied Health professional, you will present with:
- 2+ years experience as an Allied Health Assistant
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills including patience, empathy and care for our patients
- Time management skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload
- Membership of a relevant professional organisation
