Position Summary

We’re seeking a Physiotherapist with experience in the areas of cute Orthopaedics, Surgical and Medical, to join our Allied Health Team at The Wesley Hospital in a 12-Month Fixed Term, Full-Time position.

 

Remuneration Value: Lv 2 or 3 rate depending on expericence: $39.64 - $54.84 p/h ($77,972 - $108,363 FTE) + Super + $15,900 NFP Salary Packaging Value + Shift Penalties/Allowances + Discounted Onsite Parking

The Role:

 

Due to maternity leave, we have an opportunity for a Physiotherapist with acute Orthopaedic, Surgical and Medical experience, to join our team in a 12-month fixed-term, full-time position. 

 

Joining our Allied Health team, you will work with patients to maximise their physical potential and restore movement and function, providing treatment integral to recovery from surgery, illness and injury. 

With a focus on delivering high-quality, clinical care to patients within an acute setting, you’ll recognise the importance of multi-disciplinary approaches to rehabilitation; bringing an open, collaborative approach to patient-centred care.

 

You will demonstrate:

  • Minimum 2 years’ post graduate experience in an acute hospital setting
  • Experience in areas of Acute Orthopaedics, Surgical and Medical
  • Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
  • Strong, evidence-based clinical practice and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to teamwork and high-level communication skills
