Remuneration Value: $26.69-$28.04 (FTE $52, 739 - $55, 407), 9.5% employee contribution to super + 23% casual loading

People caring for people:
The Patient Administration team pride themselves on providing, timely and accurate processing of information to both internal and public customers of the hospital.
This role will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and the provision of clerical and administrative duties, processing accurate and efficient information in a timely manner. Reception coverage may also be a component of your role.
You’ll demonstrate:
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, rights, privacy and dignity of customers, colleagues and work related information;
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to meet customer, patient and organisational needs.
- Demonstrated experience in use of technology to deliver efficient administrative services;
- High level data entry and word processing skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office applications
- Availability to work a 24/7 hour roster
- Previous experience within a Medical Practise or Hospital administration
