  • Employment Status: Permanent Part Time, 32 hours per week & Casual

  • Permanent Remuneration Value: $36.31- $46.67 p/h (FTE $71, 748 - $92, 219), 9.5% employee contribution to super, 17.5 % annual leave loading + not for profit salary packaging benefit + cumulative study leave
  • Casual Remuneration Value: Hourly rate as above + 9.5% employee contribution to super +23% casual loading

 

Buderim Private Hospital is currently inviting applications from Registered Nurses for permanent part-time and casual positions in their Mental Health Unit.

About the Role:

You will provide safe, holistic nursing care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You will work collaboratively alongside a multi-disciplinary team, supporting one another to deliver patient-focused care.

 

You’ll demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and an ability to manage conflicting priorities. You’ll present with:

 

•           Current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration

•           2+ years post graduate experience in the acute mental health setting

•           Ability to work across a flexible 24/7 roster
