Position Summary

Employment Status:  Fixed Term Part Time

Classification:  Allied Health – Level 2 and/or 3

Remuneration Value:  Level 2 Position, $38.88 - $47.78 p/h + 9.5% employee contribution to super + 25% casual loading. Level 3 Position, $50.03 - $54.03 p/h + 9.5% employee contribution to super + 25% casual loading 


We are currently inviting applications from experienced Occupational Therapists interested in a Part Time Fixed Term capacity with The Wesley Hospital. 


Our Metro Allied Health team delivers best practice, multi-disciplinary services to our patients in The Wesley and St Andrews, through Nutrition, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy and more.



About The Role:

We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists who are interested in and available to work Part Time at The Wesley Hospital for 22.5 hours per week on a fixed term basis.


As a qualified practitioner, you’ll recognise the importance of multi-disciplinary approaches to rehabilitation, bringing an open, collaborative approach to patient-centred care. You’ll present with:

  • Tertiary Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in an acute hospital environment (or comparable environment)
  • Strong evidence based clinical practice and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional time-management skills, with ability to prioritise patient load
  • Availability to work weekday shifts
  • MoCA Certification desirable
