On Offer:

 

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse or Floor Coordinator to join our Theatre team at the Wesley in a new Floor Coordinator opportunity.

 

As a Floor Coordinator in Theatre, you will facilitate safe, therapeutic nursing care to all patients within the perioperative environment. You will be responsible for the daily allocation of all resources, both material and human, to provide excellent customer service to our patients and partners. You will liase and coordinator between all theatre services, and demonstration Clinical leadership in achieving ward objectives.

 

This opportunity is being offered as a permanent part time opportunity, working a minimum of 24 hours p/week.

 

We offer a base rate of of $44.14 - $47.29 p/hour + Super + Allowances ($87,220 - $93,445 + Super + Allowances). We also offer not-for-profit salary packaging that offers a substantial tax-free benefit on a range of everyday expenses.

 

About You:

 

You will be an experienced Clinical Nurse or Floor Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years in a Perioperative environment. You will demonstrate a passion for delivering person-centred care through living our values. You will present with:

  • Well-developed communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience coordinating care provision with large team
  • Complex problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and remain patient-focused under pressure
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development

This role will be allocated for afternoon shifts on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday – therefore there is a requirement that you are available to work these days.
