We are currently seeking applications for the role of Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse and AIN for our newly established Rehabilitation service.  As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will be accountable for:

• Applying sound clinical pracitive which ensures a safe environment and promotes optimal patient health within the Rehabilitation Unit;
• Applying the principles of clinical and workplace risk management;
• Effectively communicatiing inforamtion regarding patient responses to treatment and nursing care;
• Collaborating with other health professionals and coordination of patient care;
• Utilising customer service principles to exceed customer expectations;
• Complying with UCH policy and National Safety and Quality standards. 

Ideally, the successful applicant will demonstrate the following criteria:

• Registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).  AIN's will require Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent;
• Demonstrated experience within an acute care setting is highly desirable;
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to work unsupervised;
• Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
• Ability to work across all shifts.
